Rocco's Restaurant was opened in 1983 by the two Rocco brothers from Northern Italy near Trieste, Peter (Piero) and Gino.

After running a successful Italian restaurant (Valentino's) in Turangi for 10 years, Carlo and Fabio, originally from the Veneto region in Italy, moved south to Blenheim to rekindle their friendship and took over the restaurant in January 2000.

The food and service are as good as ever, with some exciting new dishes.

Come and join them when in Marlborough, and sample their great food and hospitality. We offer a blazing warm fire in winter (with spit roast on Fridays). Visitors to the region also may have a fresh Rocco's meal delivered right to their door at a local Blenheim accommodation.

Naturally Fabio appreciates a bottle of good wine, and he is most enthusiastic about the wonderful quality of Marlborough wines. They have an extensive selection of Marlborough wines in their cellar and the menu is designed to complement these.
